Peterson's Point Lake Lodge is located just north of the tree line in the Canadian Northwest Territories. It used to be a hunting lodge but since 2009 when the caribou hunt was cancelled it's been mainly used as a fishing lodge. The lodge is run and maintained by the Peterson's. Chad and Margaret were my hosts while I spent 5 days photographing the caribou and tundra. Their hospitality and staff were incredible. I had guides that were always up for a venture on the water or the land in search of caribou and photographs. I can't wait to go again.
